Information we process

We process your voluntary text submission, selected language and AI response to provide initial business guidance. We also use IP addresses and necessary usage records to protect the service and prevent abuse. If you email us, we use your contact details and message to respond and follow up.

Providers and international processing

The website and AI feature use Cloudflare and DeepSeek. Submissions are processed by these providers and may be processed outside Hong Kong. Email is handled by email providers. We may disclose necessary information to competent authorities where required by law.

This experience does not guarantee zero provider retention or exclusion from model improvement. Submit only business descriptions suitable for public disclosure, without personal or confidential information. You may choose not to use AI and still browse the site or contact us.

Retention and protection

Our website application does not intentionally retain conversation history or use conversations to train our own models. Usage records are updated at the first quota check on a subsequent Hong Kong calendar date. Provider records and backups may have separate retention periods. Clearing the display does not delete provider records. Email information is retained as needed for enquiries and applicable legal requirements.

We take reasonable security measures, but online services are not risk-free. Your browser remembers your language choice; you can clear this in browser settings.

Your choices and rights

Providing content is voluntary; AI cannot generate a response without input. Contact askme@innosequence.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or raise a privacy enquiry. We handle requests under applicable law and may reasonably verify your identity or seek provider assistance.

We will update this page when our practices change and provide notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires.
